- 3Fix plan and estimateA prioritised list with a fixed price or an hourly estimate. You decide what stays in scope.
- 4Fixes in order of riskSecurity and data loss first, deployment second, architecture and clean-up after that.
- 5HandoverRunning in production on your accounts, with backups, monitoring, and a written note on how to keep it that way.
