- 2Cut the scope to one thingThe smallest version you can put in front of a client and charge for. Everything else goes on a later list.
- 3Estimate and planFixed price for that scope, or hourly with a written estimate, and a weekly rhythm you can rely on.
- 4Build in the openYou get working increments you can click through, not status reports.
- 5Ship to productionDeployed on your accounts with analytics, error tracking and backups, so you can sell on it the same week.
