How I work
- 1Discovery callWe talk through what you already have, what you actually need, and whether I'm the right person for it. If I'm not, I say so on the call.
- 2Hypotheses on paperWe write down what you believe about the segment and the problem, and what would have to be true for it to hold.
- 3Find the users and talk to themI recruit people from the segment and run the interviews myself, with notes you can read.
- 4Kill what didn't surviveWhich hypotheses the interviews killed, which they kept, and the problems people actually asked to have solved.
- 5Next stepsA short list of what to build first — or a recommendation not to build it yet.
