Dairy farms digital assistant
Task: Problem validation, requirements, design, build, and launch
Team: Myself + business co-founder
Built in partnership with a business co-founder: we wanted to improve the lives of dairy farmers. Shipped a WhatsApp voice agent and a web application to Georgian farms, improved operational efficiency for dairy farmers via ERP integration and critical event notifications. Made a pilot project that became an internal success story of Lactalis group in Georgia. Researched the dairy farming problems locally with farmers and technicians. The second prototype was built to validate herd management software demand for small farms: we fill out the xls with farmers, upload it, they get task management that helps prevent barren cows and increase milk yield by following operational reminders and tasks
