Designed, validated, specified and developed a prototype for international recruitment and candidate analysis, collaborating closely with another engineer. Built the platform with cv ingestion and translation to 5 languages, cultural analysis, candidate ranking, then focused on tools for HR partners to bulk upload and rank qualifying candidates
